Do solar garden lights work in the UAE summer heat?
Yes. The UAE gets around 9–10 hours of sunshine a day on average, so solar lights charge fully even in winter. Heat is harder on batteries than on LEDs, so Lalogo lights use 18650 lithium-ion battery packs in sealed housings. For the best performance, wipe dust off the solar panel every few weeks.
How long do Lalogo solar lights stay on at night?
After about 6 hours of direct sun, the motion sensor wall light works up to 8 hours. The solar spotlight gives 4–6 hours on bright white or 8–10 hours on warm light, and the solar floor lamp gives 8–12 hours.
Which waterproof rating do I need for outdoor lights in the UAE?
Choose IP65 for exposed walls, gates and anything hit by garden sprinklers, like our 112-LED motion sensor wall light. IP55, like our solar spotlight, suits garden beds and lawns. IP45, like our solar floor lamp, is best for covered patios, balconies and terraces.
Do I need an electrician to install solar garden lights?
No. Solar lights have no cables. Wall lights fix with a few screws and the spotlight can be pushed into the ground with its stake or screwed to a wall. That makes them ideal for rented villas and apartments.
